Our Team
Sara, Osteopath and Clinical Director

Mostly you'll see her with a mask, but occasionally can be seen without!

Sara is a hard working mum and along with her son/partner in crime (who helps keep the clinic ship-shape, clean, tidy), they both enable things to run smoothly.

Sara graduated with a Bachelor of Osteopathy (BOst, Hons) degree (5 year course) through The College of Osteopaths. Whilst studying, she was also working as a sport and remedial massage therapist. Sara has 10 years experience treating a wide range of conditions and varied age range of patients.

While studying, Sara completed 1200 hours of clinical practice in the college teaching clinic and draws upon this breadth of knowledge when treating her patients in clinic.

Since graduating, Sara has attended additional training courses in techniques such as high velocity, low amplitude thrust techniques (the clicky-poppy techniques), cranial osteopathy (the very gentle stuff) as well as harmonics courses (gentle, rhythmic, movement based). Most recently completing a course as a Perrin Technique Practitioner. As such, Sara combines a wide range of techniques to help get patients feeling better.

In her spare time, Sara likes to regularly go indoor sky diving, walking and regularly spends time visiting the beautiful hills and peaks around the UK and Wales. Sara also has a love-hate relationship with running, which she is currently trying to love again!

Kit, House-keeping extraordinaire

Kit is currently studying towards A-Levels Physics, Maths and PE. Kit has always had a passion for all things car related, especially fast ones! So naturally, he is progressing towards moving onto a degree at university and a career in motorsport.
